Andrew and Susie have a lovely house in the mountain village of Agios Ioannis.
The sea with many beaches is 10 minutes away and we are near the harbour town of Ierepetra

The house is on three floors and can be rented as a whole or as two separate apartments. It is a handsome house, comfortably appointed with a small walled garden and a large balcony with stunning views of the mountains, the sea and of course the olive groves.

The house is rentable throughout the year including Christmas and Easter holidays (subject to availability).
Rental prices are £600 per week for the whole house and £300 for either the top or bottom house.
We do not increase the rent in peak seasons as sheets cost the same the wash in August as they do in December!
The house has a caretaker who can also provide airport transfer and maid services at reasonable prices.
There is a washing machine and all useful things like CD players, books, beach towels, hair dryers and basic foods and spices.
Car hire is essential. There is one Taverna in the village and many very good ones a short drive away either in the mountains or the beach

Cretan Cookery Classes are available by arrangement.

Guided Mountain Hikes and “off the beaten track” excursions can be organised on land and sea.
